Our impact is tangible through iconic projects that transform urban landscapes and lives. We have built trusting relationships with governments and investors, particularly in North Africa and China, who recognise our ability to bring large-scale projects to fruition.
Here are just a few of our flagship projects:
- Gabon: In partnership with Société Nationale Immobilière (SNI), we contributed to the construction of 2,000 social and medium-standard housing units in Libreville, a project worth around €102 million.
- Congo Brazzaville: We delivered 1,500 low- and medium-income housing units, alongside shopping centres and modern markets, for an investment of EUR 76 million.
- Cameroon: Similar projects were carried out for a total of EUR 10 million.
- Equatorial Guinea: We have carried out similar initiatives worth EUR 35 million.
- Côte d’Ivoire: We have contributed EUR 45 million to similar projects.
